How do I go about servicing my products?

Please send the product(s) directly to the respective service center stated on the warranty card, for a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, warranty card, and Zefago invoice. An invalid return will not be processed and will be sent back at the customer’s cost.


Where is the warranty centers?

Please refer to the manufacturer (or Service Center) details on the warranty card included with your products. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or products packaging for more details. In case you still cannot find your warranty center, feel free to reach out to us at and we’ll be more than happy to assists you.


If my products are within warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?

If your products are within warranty duration and are the damage by mechanical or electrical systems, you don’t have to worry about the repairing cost. The manufacturer will cove it.




Can I return an item after the Zefago return policy coverage days?

Kindly check the warranty status of your item and proceed to redeem by contacting the manufacturer directly for further assistance. You can also find all the contact information on your product’s warranty center on the warranty card inside your package.


What are the types of return policies available on Zefago?

There are 2 types of return policy are available on Zefago, depending on the products and seller:

  • 7 days or 14 days return
  • Non- returnable


What are 7 days or 14 days return to the seller?

Return to the seller is a Return Policy whereby the seller will approve or reject a Return Request base on the return reason and additional comment provided by you when initiating a Return Request. As part of this process, you or the seller may initiate a chat for discussions on the Return Request prior to seller approval/rejection. You may dispute this decision if not agreeable.

What is non- returnable?

Some items sold on Zefago are not returnable due to the nature of the item. This applies especially for food/perishable goods


How do I return my Items?

There are many types of Return Policies, which will mean some differences in your experience. Before you submit a Return Request, please check if you are still within the return validity period.

  1. After clicking on “RETURN” in your order “Detail” page.
  2. Select items in your order you would like to return, by clicking on the tick box next to the items image/description (if there is only one item in your order, this will already be selected.
  3. Choose a Return Reason from the list provided.
  4. Fill the “Additional comments” Section – this is important for “Return to seller” as it provides more information about your return and assists further on approval or rejection by the seller.
  5. Upload image (s) to support your Return Request.
  6. Click on “Edit refund method” to review the refund option(s) g. if you paid for your order via online banking, you will have the option to be refunded to your bank account.


Why am I able to change the refund amount for my return?

This applies when the seller agrees to a partial refund and you may keep the item. During a chat with seller, your seller might negotiate to refund to you a lesser amount with an option for you to keep the items(s) you have intended to return, in the scenario you agree with this offer, you will be required to cancel your existing Return and reinitiate the Return Request form with agreed return amount.


How long do I wait to be refunded for my return?

Approximately 8 days from the day you dropped off your return package. Refunds from returns will only begin processing once the seller received the return package and quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email when your refund has been initiated. The below table is the processing time of your return base on the refund method:
